very funny, the parking fees is per entry - RM 6 per entry, consider not cheap in KLCC area for open air car parking, but they will not collect the fees at the point of entry instead at exiting time. Then today I saw there is a sign board putting up there said if you lost the card you need to pay fine of RM30. This is good approach to make the innocent money. The parking already known, why don't they collect it at entry point. May be they wanted to see if anyone lost their card, then need to pay 30 butt...
