1. Do something physical daily (i.e., walk, swim, run, stretch).
2. Drink lots of water
3. Eat lighter, smaller meals (and stop eating when you've had enough-not when you are full)
4. Consciously breathe more deeply
5. Read inspirational books, listen to motivating audio programs and talk to positive people
6. Listen to great music
when u work 8 to 5, and back home with family, it is very difficult to do the first one - physical movement , I tried, but still failed badly..
