Step-by-step:

1. Either Run "taskschd.msc" or Start Search (above the Start button) for Task Scheduler.

2. Navigate to Task Scheduler|Task Scheduler Library|Microsoft|Windows|MobilePC

3. Right-click TMM and choose Disable

4. Exit back out of Task Scheduler
