call the 1800 80 3638..Apply Customer Service..spoken to the technical service, possibility my battery is gone..they provide me 3 places for the services - Berjaya Time Square, One Utama and Mid Valley, Apparently North Point Mid valley is closer to my place and they number is 03-2091 9600, the battery price is about RM 280. Also ask about upgrade etc, need to talk to Digi on this.  016-221 1800
